Equipment Fees - Assessed when equipment is not returned, or returned damaged beyond repair

  • STB - $700
  • STB power cord - $25
  • Remote - $12
  • Router - $100
  • Router Power Cord - $25

Service Call Fees

  • Tech Fee (after hours) - $75 - Assessed for Trouble Dispatches unrelated to issues with MINET services/equipment
  • Tech Fee - $50
  • Outlet Installs/Relocation Fee - $85

Account Service Fees

  • Late Fee - $15 - For payments received after the 20th of the month
  • Reconnect Fee - $25 - To Reconnect services from suspension for nonpayment
  • Reactivation Fee - $50 - To reactivate services on an account that was fully deactivated to switch to another provider for more than 90 consecutive days
  • Returned Check/ACH Payment Fee - $25
  • Early Reconnect Fee - $5 - Applied to each service reconnected from requested Suspension prior to the 30 day minimum
  • Vacation Fee - $5 - $5 per month per service put on vaction
