In the upcoming months MINET will transition from its old “antiquated” TV products to the new and improved EZ Video platform.
What is EZ Video?
EZ Video is a streaming TV service that uses your MINET internet connection.
So, How Does it Work?
EZ Video content is accessed through an app available for download on Apple TV, Amazon Fire, or Android devices that you probably already have in your home. No new remote is needed to access EZ Video. Once the app is downloaded and your connection is authenticated, you can watch your live and recorded subscribed television tier on ANY device in your home: SmartTV, smart phone, tablet, laptop, or computer.
What makes EZ Video different from “traditional” TV and why are we bringing this current generation video product to you?
· There is no installation fee
· There is no monthly rental of a set top box
· There are no additional fees for HD content
· There are no charges for a DVR device
· Free basic DVR is included with a “watch anywhere” replay option on most shows
· Personalized Viewing Experiences with profiles for every family member can be created
· There are built-in parental control options
Is it available for businesses?
No. Not at this time.
How much does this new service cost?
There will be no change to the rate you currently pay through MINET, and now you’ll have a much better TV plan.
How is EZ Video supported?
Continued high level of service provided by MINET, in the office, on our website, from the technicians, and through after-hour messages, will continue without interruption.
